Kentucky Mudpuppies' (KMUD) Swim Lessons Cancellation & Refund Policies 

KMUD REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: 

We guarantee 6 out of 8 lessons in each session.

If a lesson or lessons in a program are cancelled by KMUD, no more than 2 make-up lessons will be offered to ensure the total lessons guaranteed have been offered. In the case that we are unable to fulfill the 6 out of 8 lessons, you will receive a refund or credit for the lessons that were cancelled. Lessons that have met for at least 20 minutes may not be made up. 

KMUD reserves the right to combine classes if there is insufficient enrollment, or cancel classes if combining is not an option.

In the event the KMUD cancels a class, a full refund or credit will be given. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue and may be used for any KMUD program.

KMUD will fully refund your swim lesson fees if your request is 48 hours PRIOR to the start date of the class. Attempted cancellations after that time are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with the class’s instructor for more information/special accommodations.

Please check your schedule for possible conflicts before committing to a session. KMUD does not do individual makeups due to personal conflicts.

KMUD's goal is to determine cancellation due to inclement weather at least 1 hour prior to each lesson. The pool will close if the temperature of the pool area becomes unsafe, or if our visibility of the pool is hindered.
